Bekhma Travel is founded by Bekhma Group Ltd., a privately owned investment firm that consists of several companies. The company founded in 1999, is a member of Iraqi American Chamber of Commerce and industry, with HQ located in the Kurdistan region of Iraq. Since our inception in 1999, Bekhma Group has experienced remarkable growth in its core businesses in terms of revenues and winning contracts.
Our plan is to position the business to become the leading brand in the travels and tours line of business in Iraq, and also to be amongst the top 20 travels and tours agencies in the Middle East within the first 10 years of operations.
Bekhma Travel provides its customers comprehensive services in travel and tourism. The company applies a Quality Management System according to the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 which administers all the processes of Travel Services
The Quality Management System has been designed and is applied so as:
- To become the main mechanism for optimal organization and operation of Bekhma Travel
- To improve the quality of the provided services
- To ensure and improve its customers satisfaction, with the provision of services that meet their requirements
Bekhma Travel is committed to comply with the requirements (legal and customer requirements) when administering its services, and to continuously improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
The Management sets a number of quality objectives that address the whole range of company services and their main criterion is to improve their quality.
The implementation of the Quality Management System is mandatory for all employees in the company, as well as for the collaborators of Bekhma Travel.
The Quality Management System is assessed systematically, so as to ensure continuous improvement and to improve its effectiveness.
The Quality Policy of Bekhma Travel is available to all parties that are interested. The content of the Quality Policy regarding its suitability is reviewed annually.
